ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the order in P.R.C. No.19 of 2016, dated 12.09.2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was arrayed as A5 and he is noway connected for the alleged offence by the prosecution. During the pendency of this petition, the case in PRC.No.19 of 2016, was disposed of by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur, Chennai. Therefore, the relief sought for by the petitioner in this petition has now become infructuous.
