O R D E R

Challenging the concurrent finding of the Courts below ordering eviction of the revision petitioner, the present Civil Revision Petition.

2. In the last hearing, when the matter was argued, the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner submitted that he will give an undertaking to vacate the premises. When the matter is taken up today, an undertaking affidavit has been filed by the revision petitioner wherein he seeks one year time to vacate the premises.

3. Considering the circumstances of the case, this Court grants 6 months time to the revision petitioner to vacate the premises without reference to any execution petition. It is made clear that if the revision petitioner violates the undertaking given before this Court, he is liable for contempt proceedings. The revision petitioner shall vacate the premises on or before 31.05.2025. Page 2 / 4
