In the above original petition, this Court vide its order dated 20.12.2018 has granted succession certificate in favour of the third petitioner based on the consent affidavits filed by the other petitioners.

2. Mr.T.R.Sathiyamohan, learned counsel for the applicants / petitioners would submit that in view of the difficulties faced by the applicants to get share certificates from the Companies, this application has been filed.

3. In the light of the above submission, the order dated 20.12.2018 is modified to the effect that the Succession Certificate is granted in favour of the applicants / petitioners 2, 3, 4, and 5 as successors, in equal proportion of the Securities mentioned in the Schedule to the Original Petition with power to collect the said securities and to receive the interest and dividends on and negotiate and transfer the said securities. This application is ordered accordingly.
