Crl.MP.No.12353 of 2019 in Crl.A.SR.No.33824 of 2019 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., The criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed, seeking to condone the delay of 29 days in filing the above Criminal Appeal in Crl.A.SR.No.33824 of 2019, against the judgment dated 10.04.2019, made in Crl.A.No.70/2018, made by the III Additional Sessions Judge, Vellore @ Tirupattur, reversing the judgment dated 23.03.2018, in STC.No.15/2016, passed by the Judicial Magistrate No.3, Tirupattur.

Heard both sides.

Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the petition is ordered and the delay of 29 days in filing the above Criminal Appeal in Crl.A.SR.No.33824 of 2019, against the judgment dated 10.04.2019, made in Crl.A.No.70/2018, made by the III Additional Sessions Judge, Vellore @ Tirupattur, reversing the judgment dated 23.03.2018, in STC.No.15/2016, passed by the Judicial Magistrate No.3, Tirupattur, is hereby condoned.

The Registry is directed to number the above Criminal Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
