The petitioners have filed this Criminal Original Petition to call for the records pertaining to the FIR in Crime No.61 of 2013 pending on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the case in Crime No.61 of 2013, after completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed against the petitioners and the same was also taken on file as SC No.301 of 2014 by the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Villupuram.

3. Since the charge sheet has already been filed in Crime No.61/2013, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, recording the submission so made by the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
