Crl.M.P. No.11897 of 2024 in Crl.O.P. No.15876 of 2024 P. DHANABAL, J.

The petition has been filed to relax the anticipatory bail condition to appear and sign before the respondent police station on every Tuesday at 10.30 am for a period of two months as set out in the order dated 10.07.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.15876 of 2024.

2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation was almost completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
