ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police to provide police protection to the petitioner based on the complaint of the second petitioner to the second respondent dated 18.06.2022 and complaint by the first petitioner to the first respondent police dated 24.08.2022.

2. The petitioner owned the property to an extent of 1.52 1⁄2 acres out of 3.05 acres comprised in Nanja Survey No.270/1, situated at No.29, Peruvalayam Village, Kaveripakkam Panchayat Union, Nemili Taluk, Vellore District. However, the third and fourth respondents herein are disturbing the peaceful possession of and enjoyment of the petitioner's property. Therefore, the petitioner lodged a complaint seeking police protection for enjoying them of the petitioner's land.

3. It is seen that the entire allegations are civil in nature between the petitioner and the third and fourth respondents herein. Though they are stand there, the petitioners are ought to have file a Civil Suit as against them for appropriate relief. Therefore, the police protection cannot be granted.
