This petition is filed to condone the delay of 7 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Ms.S.Arabu Nisha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.V.R.Deenadayalan, learned counsel for the respondent.

The delay is only 7 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and since there are no serious objections, the delay of 7 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
