ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) The writ petitioner filed the writ petition seeking direction to the respondents 1 to 8 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.05.2024 and to remove the unauthorized construction of the building belonging to the 9th respondent situated in Plot No.7, Door No.2A, Viswanathan Ayya Street, Srinivasapuram, Chengalpattu 603 202 and to take necessary action against the 9th respondent.
2. Heard Mr.T.K.Saravanan, learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 4.
3. Considering the narrow scope of the prayer made in the writ petition, without going into the merits of matter, the authorities concerned are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.05.2024 and take action for removal of the unauthorised constructions made in the subject matter of the property, by following due process of law and after affording opportunity of hearing to all the interested parties, as early as possible.
4. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
