Respondents Prayer: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records of the 2nd respondent relating to the passing of the impugned order issued in proceeding No.15251, dated 25.4.2016 in respect of the petitioner's premises situated at Door No.96, Solai Street, 3rd Lane, Ayanavaram, Chennai - 600 023 and quash the same. This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of writ of certiorari, to quash the impugned order passed by the second respondent in proceeding No.15251, dated 25.4.2016.

2. Heard both sides and perused the material documents available on record.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, during the pendency of this writ petition, the respondent has provided Water and Sewerage connection to the petitioner's house, hence the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

4. In the light of the above facts and recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
