ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent -Police to file a final report in Crime No.384 of 2023 dated 04.11.2023 on the file of the respondent police before the appropriate Court within a reasonable time.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent-Police and perused the materials available on record.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that through case in Crime No.384 of 2023 has been registered on 04.11.2023 , charge sheet has not been filed by the respondent-Police till today. Hence, the petitioner is constrained to filed this criminal original petition.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents-Police submitted that already investigation has been completed and charge sheet in Crime No.384 of 2023 has also been filed on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruporur in E-filing No.LTN20230002824/C20250051 on 16.7.2025.

5. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
