The above C.M.Ps. have been filed to condone the delay of 66 days in filing each of the writ appeals.

The respondent in the respective C.M.Ps has been served and proof of service has also been filed.

Perused the affidavit filed in support of each of the above petitions. Considering the fact that due to administrative reasons, the appeals could not be filed in time and that the delay is only 66 days, no prejudice is going to be caused to the respondent in the respective C.M.Ps if the delay is condoned.

Hence, the delay is condoned and the petitions are ordered as prayed for.
