This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 07.07.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) states that on completion of investigation, final report has been filed and the petitioner is regularly complying the condition.

3. Taking note of the said submission, there is no necessity for the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders. However, to ensure his cooperation with the trial, he may report before the trial Court viz., Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POSCO Act, Villupuram, once in a Month i.e., 1st day of English Calender Month at 10.00 am until further orders and also on all the hearing dates without fail. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
