O RDER This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the third respondent to transfer the patta in favour of the petitioners, based on the order passed by the District Munsif Court, Jayankondam in E.P.No.78 of 2014 in O.S.No.260 of 2009 vide in its order dated 28.08.2023, in respect of the land measuring a total extent of 35.50 ares comprised in S.No.133/2, situated in Angarayanallur village(West) Udayarpalayam Taluk, Ariyalur Taluk, within a stipulated period.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the case of the petitioners and conduct enquiry, after issuance of notice to the petitioners and counter parties, if any and after giving an opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No

costs.
