2. With the consent of either side, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for disposal.

3. The petitioner seeks for a direction upon the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.10.2015. From the proceedings of the District Collector, Krishnagiri, in O.Mu.27402/2015/L.R2, dated 28.10.2015, it is seen that the petitioner's application has been forwarded to the Tahsildar, Denkanikottai, for appropriate action. The learned Special Government Pleader would submit that the fourth respondent may be granted sufficient time to consider the representation and pass orders.

4. In the light of the above, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's application dated 19.10.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
