Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to dispose of the representation dated 05.07.2025 after giving the petitioner an oral hearing and in a manner known to law within a time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for respondents 1 to 3 would submit that after the submission of explanation by petitioner in exercise of the liberty granted earlier vide order dated 05.02.2025 passed in W.P.No.9718 of 2024 in earlier round of litigation, an order will be passed as early as possible.
2. In view of the statement so made, we need not keep this
petition pending, but dispose of the petition with direction to respondents 1 to 3 to pass order within outer limit of 15 days from the date of submission of explanation. Till then, no coercive action shall be taken against petitioner.
