Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the 1st respondent's statement of marks dated 09.09.2011 and quash the same insofar as it is contrary to the Dental Council of India norms in the allotment of internal assessment marks separately for theory and practical and consequently direct the 1st respondent to declare the petitioner's results applying the internal assessment marks obtained separately for theory and practical as per Dental Council of India norms.
