This Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to substitute petitioners 1 to 4 in the place of the deceased petitioner A.Sithan in W.P.No.25447 of 2012, pending on the file of this Hon'ble Court.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents has no serious objections to substitute the proposed petitioners in the main petition.

3. In view of the above submission, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in W.P.No.25447 of 2012.
