[Order of the Court was made by Justice M.M.SUNDRESH] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the mother of the detenue seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the body of the detenue namely, Priya, aged 16 years, D/o. Baskar, before this Court from illegal custody of the third respondent and hand over her custody to the petitioner.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
