[Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.,] The above Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 43 days in filing the above appeal.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the contesting respondents, namely, respondents 2 to 4 is present and there is no representation for the petitioner/appellant.

3.Even though the learned counsel appearing for respondents 2 to 4 projected that the appeal is filed without any merits and the order passed by this Court in the revision petition filed by the Official Liquidator has become final, this Court is unable to dismiss this petition merely on the grounds of merits in the appeal. The petition is filed only to condone the delay of 43 days in filing the appeal.

4.The delay has been properly and satisfactorily explained by the petitioner in the affidavit filed in support of the above miscellaneous petition.

5.Hence, the petition is ordered and the delay of 43 days is condoned.

6.Registry is directed to number the Original Side Appeal if the papers are otherwise in order and post the same for admission on 27.09.2024.

7.Registry to print the name of Mr.K.S.Navin Balaji, learned counsel for respondents 2 to 4 in the cause list while listing the appeal for admission.
