ORDER

This petition has been filed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to respondent 1 to A4 in Crl.O.P.No.9456 of 2025 dated 01.04.2025. 1/3

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court by an order dated 01.04.2025 had granted anticipatory bail to respondent 1 to 4(A1 to A4) with a condition that the respondent 1 to 4 shall execute a separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- ( Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties and further conditions that the said Mukundan/A1 shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders and the other petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The said Mukundan had executed the sureties and also complied with the conditions and his relaxation petition was also modified thereafter, however, respondent 2 to 4 had not complied with the conditions and hence, seeks for cancellation of anticipatory bail to A2 to A4.
