ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file the final report in Crime No.51 of 2014 pending investigation of the file of the respondent police.

2. It is seen that the investigation in Crime No.51 of 2014 is pending on the file of the respondent police. Now, almost five years have been lapsed. Therefore, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.51 of 2014 and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already filed.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
