ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the 1st respondent to take necessary action against 4th respondent on petitioner's representation / complaint letter dated 16.04.2025 2.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the fourth respondent and, after due enquiry on giving opportunity of personal hearing to them, to dispose of the said complaint within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
