This petition has been filed seeking to transfer the investigation in Guduvancherry Police in Crime No.1002 of 2014 to any other police station in Chengalpet Taluk. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents on instructions submitted that a charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpattu on 10.01.2019.

3.Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of this case, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpattu, is directed to take the final report on file and proceed further with the case in accordance with law.
