Considered the report of learned Judicial Magistrate (F.A.C.), Pappireddipatti, Dharmapuri District.

Though this court vide order 02.02.2021 directed the learned Judicial Magistrate to complete the trial within a period of three months, the report indicates that, due to Pandemic situation, the courts are closed and that the parties have not appeared and produced documents for onward submission to Forensic Lab, time period stipulated for disposal of the case, could not be adhered.

2. Considering the nature of the request made by the learned Judicial Magistrate, time is extended further. The learned Judicial Magistrate (F.A.C), Pappireddipatti, Dharmapuri District, is directed to expedite the process and complete the trial, as expeditiously as possible.
