ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Spl.SC.No.28 of 2021 on the file of Sessions Judge, Special Court SC/ST Act Cases, Villupuram .

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that in this case, P.W.1 was examined and posted for further examination on 01.09.2023.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the defacto complainant/3rd respondent also conceded that the accused was permitted to represent by private counsel and trial is commenced.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to raise all his defence before the Trial Court.

5. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to raise all his defence before the trial Court and the Trial Court is directed to dispose the case within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
