O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Judicial Magistrate Court VII, Coimbatore to take up the protest petition filed bearing D.No.11 of 2016 dated 05.01.2016 as against Cr.No.358 of 2014 filed as FIR on the file of the respondent.

2. It is seen that when the matter was posted on 28.02.2017 "For Admission", the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner took an adjournment and the matter was adjourned by one week. Thereafter, for the past three years, the learned counsel for the petitioner has not taken any steps to list the matter. It shows that the petitioner has no interest to pursue the matter. without even ordering notice. Now after the lapse of three years period, this petition cannot be considered and this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
