ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus directing the 3rd respondent herein to grant patta to and in favour of the petitioner in respect of the petition property by considering the petitioner's representation dated 29.05.2023.

2. Since the petitioner has sought a very limited prayer to consider his representation dated 29.05.2023, this court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.05.2023, on merits, after giving an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner and the respondents 4 and 5, and dispose of the same, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
