The petitioners who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), 323, 324, 354 and 506(i) of I.P.C r/w 379 I.P.C in Crime No.191 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the first petitioner is running poultry farm near de-facto complainant's land. On 08.08.2023, the de-facto complainant came to the poultry farm of first petitioner two unknown accused scolded her in filthy language and torn the dress and assaulted with iron rod and sustained several injuries. Hence the case. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prayed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the counter case in Crime No.192 of 2023 was pending against the petitioners. Hence, he opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
