O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking for to transfer the investigation in Crime No.3065 of 2015 pending on the file of the 4th respondent to some other investigating agency, preferably, Central Crime Branch, Chennai Bureau of Investigation or any other agency.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that in the case in Crime No.3065 of 2015, after completion of investigation, charge sheet has been filed before XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate being taken on file in C.C. No.1756 of 2017. P.W.1 was already examined. Hence, transfer of the case to other agency would not arise.

3. Since C.C.No.1756 of 2017 is pending before the XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, after filing charge sheet, at this stage, it is not necessary to transfer the case to other agency.

4. In view of the above, Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
