The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.07.2024 and to take appropriate action against the fourth respondent based on the enquiry report dated 11.12.2023.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that during the pendancy of this writ petition action was taken against the fourth respondent.
