PRAYER in W.P.No.28859/2007 : Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the respondent pertaining to its advertisement No.128 published in the New Indian Express dated 24.08.2007 and quash the paragraph 6[A] [III] of the said advertisement and to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner for appointment to the post of Labour Officer if otherwise found suitable. PRAYER in W.P.No.28861/2007 : Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the respondent pertaining to its advertisement No.115 published in the Daily Thandi dated 30.06.2007 and quash the paragraph 9 [IV] of the said advertisement.
