Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Third Respondent to take appropriate action on the unauthorized and unlawful operation of food processing unit named "RANGA FOODS" situate on the National Highways, Paiyur Village, Krishnagiri District based on the notice sent by the Third Respondent to the Fifth Respondent in Na. Ka. No. 3/2022 dated 13.07.2022. Heard Mr. C.Prabakaran, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Mrs. N.Senthil Selvi, Learned Government Advocate appearing for the First and Second Respondents, Mr. Tamilvendan, Learned Counsel for the Third and Fourth Respondents and Mr. K.Easwaran and Mr. M.Balaji, Learned Counsel for the Fifth Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the Third Respondent to take appropriate action on the unauthorized and unlawful operation of food processing unit named 'Ranga foods' situate on the National Highways, Paiyur Village, Krishnagiri District based on the notice in Na. Ka. No. 3/2022 dated 13.07.2022 sent by the Third Respondent to the Fifth Respondent. 3.

Learned Counsel for the Third and Fourth Respondents, on instructions, states that after the inspection of the premises, the Fifth Respondent has been required to close the shop as he did not have necessary licence in that regard. In view of such action taken, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition, but it would not preclude the Fifth Respondent from working out his rights for obtaining necessary licence following the prescribed procedure from the concerned authorities in accordance with law. 4.

In fine, the Writ Petition is disposed with the aforesaid observations. No costs.
