[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Petitioner has come up with this Petition seeking production of the detenu, who is her son.
2.
The Petitioner and Respondents 3 and 4 are present before this Court today. We do not find any illegal detention
involved in this case. However, we could see the cry and anguish of the Petitioner in not being able to talk to her Son and see him. It appears that the Petitioner's son is not pleased at all to talk to her, notwithstanding the death of his father.
3.
Respondents 3 and 4 have admitted that they have the phone number of their daughter, who is the wife of the Petitioner's son.
4.
Mr.V.Raghavachari, learned counsel appearing for Respondents 3 and 4, fairly submitted that the phone number of the Petitioner's daughter-in-law may be given to the 2nd Respondent herein, who, in turn, shall get the phone number of the Petitioner's son and give the same to the Petitioner. 5.
Recording the said submission of the learned counsel appearing for Respondents 3 and 4, the 2nd Respondent/Inspector of Police, K-1 Police Station, Sembiam, Chennai, is directed to obtain the phone number of the Petitioner's daughter-in-law from Respondents 3 and 4, and through her, get the phone number of the Petitioner's son and give the same to the Petitioner, to enable the Petitioner talk to her son and re-establish her relationship. This is the maximum, we can do for the Petitioner.
6.
With the above direction and observation, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
