This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.13 of 2016 on the file of the first respondent police, for offences under Sections 420, 403, 406 r/w 34 of IPC as against the petitioner.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the first respondent police has completed the investigation in Crime No.13 of 2016 and also filed a charge sheet in C.C.No.60 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Pollachi.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
