C O M M O N O R D E R These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed to direct the respondent not to harass these petitioners under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that under the pretext of enquiry, the respondent police is unnecessarily harassing these petitioners.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police on instructions submitted that these petitioners are not named accused and they are all relatives of accused Vicky/A3, for that purpose the respondent police required the petitioners for enquiry but they have not appeared as on date. The petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.155 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police

4. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are ready to appear for enquiry.

5. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent police.

6. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the respondent police is hereby directed to conduct the enquiry in accordance with law without harassing these petitioners and the petitioners are directed to co-operate with the enquiry.

7. With the above observation, these Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of.
