The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b) and 506(i) of IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Women Harassment Act, in Crime No. Not known of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that on the complaint lodged by the de-facto complainant, enquiry has been conducted and closed in C.S.R.No.713 of 2023.
