The petitioners, who apprehend arrest for the alleged offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.118 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that due to land dispute, when the defacto complainant carrying on agricultural activities in her land, the petitioners have picked up a quarrel with her and during the quarrel, the petitioners have assaulted the defacto complainant by using spade and knife and also pelted stones on her . Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocent persons and due to previous enmity with regard to the land dispute, a false complaint has been given against them. He would further submit that the name of the petitioners does not find place in the FIR and it is a case and a case in counter. Hence, he opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the injured is still taking treatment as an in-patient in the hospital.
5. Heard both sides and perused the entire materials available on record.
6. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and also considering the nature of injuries caused by the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
