The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) stated that as on date, the petitioner herein is not an accused.

2. From the statement given by the other accused, this person is said to have been downloaded the App in the first accused cell phone. It is said to have been involved in the cyber crime involved so many persons using the I.P address of one Nithin John.

3. The petitioner is directed to appear before the Station House Officer, Cyber crime police station, Greater Chennai. Perused the 41-A notice for appearance on 17.04.2023.

4. The petitioner is directed to appear for the enquiry and he is at liberty to file a fresh application, if he so wants advised.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
