JUDGMENT

[Judgement of the Court was delivered by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] This writ appeal has been filed by the appellant challenging the order dated 16.08.2023 passed by the learned Judge in W.M.P.No.23173 of 2023 in W.P.No.23663 of 2023.

The learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that despite repeated requests made by the appellant, the learned Judge adjourned the matter to 19.09.2023 without considering the interim application, which is the only reason to file the present writ appeal. 2/4

In principle, we are not inclined to entertain this writ appeal, but, on the other hand, we request the learned Judge to take up the writ petition on 07.09.2023 and decide the interim application on merits. 4.

With the above direction, this writ appeal stands disposed of. No costs. Connected C.M.Ps. are closed.
