This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16733/2024 on 29.07.2024 on condition that he should report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am for three months.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the fact that investigation is pending and taking into consideration the other aspects, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on alternative Saturdays for a period of two months.
