ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the first respondent Police to provide the Police protection to the petitioner's property consisting 110 Sq.ft., situated at No. No.13, Ambedkar Nagar, Arumbakkam, Chennai - 600 106.

2. The petitioner seeks Police protection against the second respondent who is threatening the petitioner from using her property. Now, almost three years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh complaint, on fresh cause of action, if so advised.

3. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
