ORDER
The Civil Revision Petitioner seeks for expeditious disposal of the suit in O.S.No.21 of 2020 pending on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvannamalai.
2. When the matter came up for admission, I called for a report from the learned District Principal District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvannamalai as to how long he would require to dispose of the suit. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

3. The learned Judge sent a report dated 25.11.2024 stating that since the first defendant died, the plaint was amended and a petition under Order VIII Rule 1 CPC to receive additional documents has been filed, which is posted for hearing on 18.12.2024.
4. Taking into consideration the report of the learned Judge, the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvannamalai is directed to dispose off O.S.No.21 of 2020 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
