This petition has been filed by the petitioners to condone the delay of 958 days in representing the papers in CMP SR No.109144 of 2019.
2. The learned counsel for the 2nd respondent has no objection in allowing this petition.
3. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the supporting affidavit, delay of 958 days in representing the papers in CMP SR No.109144 of 2019 is condoned, subject to the interest being waived off, for the default period and accordingly, this petition is allowed.
4. Registry is directed to number the petition in CMP SR No.109144 of 2019, if it is otherwise in order and post the matter along with the connected CMA No.1840 of 2004 on 02.06.2023.
