The petitioner herein seeks to implead her as a party respondent in the above said writ petition on the ground that the petitioner herein is one of the descendants of the Waqif.

2. The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the 1st respondent/writ petitioner submitted that he is not admitting the contention of the petitioner regarding his interest in the Waqf. However, he has no serious objection for allowing the impleading application.

3. Accordingly, the impleading application is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
