ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Section 392 of IPC in Crime No.588 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 23.11.2021 the respondent police was on duty at that time the defacto complainant lodged a complaint stating that defacto complainant is residing in the above said address with her husband and she has two daughters, who are married and one son who is studying his MBA at Bangalore and further submits that her husband is running a granite company. On 23.11.2021 when she was at home at that time someone knocked the door immediately the defacto complainant opened the door at that time the petitioner forcibly entered into the defacto complainant's house and closed the door and snactched the Thali chain and escaped from her house through back entrance of the house. Hence the complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation is still pending. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the allegations and the nature of the offences levelled against the petitioner on seeing all the documents are after occurrence as stated in the FIR and investigation is in initial stage, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
