This petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent first, second and third respondents not to deal with civil disputes insofar it relates to the petitioner's property bearing plot Nos.1 to 17 at Sri Balamurugan Nagar in Re-Survey No.220/04 at Kalapet revenue village, Oulgaret Taluk, Puducherry.
2.It is seen that there is civil dispute relates to the property of land to the extent of 46 Kuzhi and 3Vesam in Re-Survey No.220/04 at Periyakalapet between the petitioner and the fourth respondent. Considering the same, the Police Officials i.e., third respondent has no role to play in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent. However, the third respondent is at liberty to enquire into any crime committed by them in accordance with law.
3. With the above observations, Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
