2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. This matter is pending from the year 2017 and quashment was sought on the ground of factual aspects. It is a matter of evidence to be gone into by the trial Court. On a perusal of the materials available on record, this Court do not find any merit in this Criminal Original Petition.
