The matter is placed before this court on the letter received from the court below seeking extension of time granted in this Criminal Original Petition for disposal of Spl.S.C.No.69 of 2022 on the file of Special Court for Exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, Tiruvannamalai.

2. The Trial Judge had sought for extension of three months. Considering the reasons adduced for the delay in disposal of the case, this court feels it appropriate to extend the time by three months and accordingly, it is extended by three months from the date of receipt of communication from the Registry.
