Padmanabhan / petitioner seeks a direction under Section 482 Cr.P.C to the respondent police to register a case on the basis of his complaint dated 27.08.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that a case in Crime No.854 of 2015 has been registered by B1North Beach Police Station for offences under Sections 408, 419, 465, 471 IPC. A copy of the First Information Report is also produced.
